- Processors. For the processing of personal data, we also use the services of other entities in the position of processors who process personal data only according to our instructions. These are, in particular:
- Your rights
- Rights of the subject of personal data. Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:
- request rectification of inaccurate or outdated personal data, so if you find that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected or supplemented without undue delay,
- request confirmation as to whether processing is taking place and, if applicable, information regarding this processing to the extent stipulated in Article 15 of the GDPR, as well as a copy of the processed data (for further copies we are entitled to charge a fee intended to cover the necessary costs),
- In some cases, you have the right to have us delete your personal data. We will delete your personal data without undue delay if we no longer need them for the purposes for which we processed them, or you exercise your right to object to processing and we find out that we no longer have any such legitimate interests that would justify this processing, or it turns out that the processing of personal data carried out by us has ceased to comply with generally binding regulations. However, this right does not apply if the processing of your personal data continues to be necessary for compliance with our legal obligation, archiving, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of our legal claims.
- exercise the right to restrict the processing of personal data. This right allows you to request in certain cases that your personal data be marked and that this data not be subject to any further processing operations – in this case, but not forever (as in the case of the right to erasure), but for a limited period of time. We need to restrict the processing of personal data if you deny the accuracy of the personal data before we agree on what data is correct, or if we process your personal data without a sufficient legal basis (e.g. beyond what we have to process), but you will only prefer their restrictions over the deletion of such data (e.g. if you expect to provide us with such data in the future), or we no longer need the personal data for the aforementioned processing purposes, but you require them to establish, exercise or defend your legal claims, or you object to the processing and we are obliged to restrict the processing of your personal data for the period during which we save, if your objection is justified.
- request the transfer of personal data in cases of processing based on your consent or on the basis of a contract,
- object to the processing of personal data that occurs on the basis of our legitimate interest. We will cease processing your personal data unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue such processing. In case of objection to marketing activities, we will terminate these activities in any case,
- at any time express your objection to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications, as well as you can withdraw your prior consent to the processing of personal data for another purpose at any time, unless it is processing for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under contracts, for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations or for other purposes arising from our legitimate interests.
- How to exercise rights. You can exercise your rights in one of the following ways:
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. If you become convinced that we have violated the GDPR during the processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, which is located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7 (http://www.uoou.cz).
